The ADHD + Spectrum Centre

Full brand identity and responsive web design for The ADHD & Spectrum Centre, an online neurodiversity-focused therapy clinic based in Guelph, Ontario. The project focused on developing a cohesive visual identity, improving accessibility, and rebuilding the website for modern, mobile-first use across all devices.
Project Details
The client requested a shift away from the calm, muted “mindfulness” aesthetic commonly used in therapy branding. The direction moves toward a more vibrant and playful visual language that better reflects the Centre’s approach and resonates with a neurodivergent audience.
The identity is built around a flying pig logo constructed from a lemniscate, the infinity symbol associated with neurodiversity. The symbol connects directly to the community, while the flying pig introduces the idea of progress and possibility. The mark is supported by a refined wordmark, a structured colour palette, and a typography system designed for accessibility and consistent use across digital and print.
The website redesign addressed a non-responsive legacy site, where over 70% of users accessed the platform on mobile devices but were presented with a desktop-only layout. The rebuild follows a mobile-first approach, improving navigation, readability, and usability across screen sizes. The updated site supports stronger trust signals through a more modern and reliable interface.
Print materials and social media templates extend the identity into a system that can be applied consistently across touchpoints, supporting day-to-day use without added complexity.
